i know no ones in uni 23, so id like to either branch out or make allies with alliances in other unis, like ODST or SoF.

Hello, and thank you for considering joining the Confederation of PiE. We are a growing alliance looking for new members.

I f you are a weak or still growing empire who does not want to join the alliance, but would like protection, we can offer that too. For a small amount of resources (relative to how large your stockpiles are) we can give you ships or the direct defense of one of our own fleets.

Seriously though having an allie in another universe is of no use of us. If we expand and go into your uni then we will be allies, but that will not happen till were at least top page list in clan ratings(perhaps)

Yeah you will have an account in 16 and in 23 surely itll be more fun as part of the sof.

yea in uni 16 we can attack loads of people with a good amount of people to back us up
