Actually all of my planets are only a few systems away from you.

Should only be about and hour and a half to reach you from any of my given planets

Go to alliance

Search TCF

And press send application

Its some button on there thats says something like that, look around.

It might be "join alliance" or something like that

Just saerch tag tcf and then click the tcf link and it is ready for you to type your application.
