what do i need to do to these?

you could try to feature the spartan by sharpening him up and blaring the edges a little bit (if you have flash)

and the text is a bit bland

the person i made it for told me to put that text.

im really trying to focus on the blue one tho

take the spartan out of the image then make it not as tall then place the spartan in the image but only show up to his elbow

(try not to pixelate it)

you pixelated it crop the image instead to the top of the helmet and bottom of the elbow

how do i not pixalate it?

by cropping it instead
