First pick your race, and planet name. That will determin what you start with.

UNSC start with 1,000 frigates and an orbital shipyard. They can build frigates, cruisers, battleships, shipyards, orbital MAC platforms and all ground units at the begining. They can research carriers, capital ships, super-carriers, super-capital ships, dreadnaughts, and mobile repair stations. After building 10 shipyards, they can research and then build space fortress's (a UNSC version of High Charity).

Build times: frigate 5:00/cruiser 10:00/battleship 15:00/mobile repair station 30:00/carrier 20:00/capital 35:00/super-carrier 40:00/super-capital 45:00/dreadnaught 50:00/shipyard 60:00/space fortress 120:00/orbital MAC platform 3:00

Research times: it takes twice as long to research something as it takes to build it (example: a carrier takes 40:00 to research).

Covenant start with 1,000 frigates and an orbital shipyard. They can build frigates, cruisers, battleships, shipyards, orbital plasma cannons (the UNSC equivilent of a MAC) and all ground units. They can research carriers, capital ships, super-carriers, super-capital ships, dreadnaughts, and mobile repair stations. After building 10 shipyards, they can research and then build space fortress's (like High Charity).

All custom factions fall under either the UNSC or the Covenant starting forces limits. All custom factions must be approved by me. Send me a PM to request a custom faction.

Forerunners (me and anyone I deem worthy) start with nothing. They can build frigates, cruisers, battleships, shipyards, orbital beam platforms (a much (1,000,000x) more powerful version of the sentinel beam), and the 4 types of sentinel (regular, major, general (a.k.a. onyx) and enforcer). They can research carriers, capital ships, super-carriers, super-capital ships, dreadnaughts, mobile repair stations, and Halo rings.

Build times: frigate 1:00/cruisers 2:00/battleships 3:00/carriers 4:00/mobile repair station 6:00/capital ships 7:00/super-carriers 8:00/super-capitals 9:00/dreadnaughts 10:00/shipyard 12:00/Halo ring 24:00/orbital beam platform 1:30

Research times: it takes twice as long to research something as it takes to build it (example: a carrier takes 8:00 to research).

I will also control all non-player races (like the flood [sorry red]).

Ships in order of power (for UNSC and Covenant):
mobile repair station
frigate
cruiser
carrier
battleship
super-carrier
capital ship and orbital defenses
super-capital ship
dreadnaught
space fortress

There. Now you can research space fortress's right away, but you still need 10 shipyards to build it (well, I guess you could build it with one, but it would take about a week).

Okay I'm using my custom grunt army. . Researching super-capital ship The Carnifex eta 3 days after I find a monitor. Researching immortal programs eta 6 hours.

building ship yard 60:00

sending expedition ships out into the galaxy return time 1 hour

researching plasma containment 10:00

"Transmission from fleet" We found a floating cube named jerry! Then a big deamon stepped on flip-flap who found it and was the leader of the squad and the other grunts went running away. "Tansmission ends"
