the percent thing is a posibility that you catch his espoes and you take them out.... but they still get the info depending on there espo lvl..

i haven't been on for a day so i used some to build and research expensive stuff, and the ships
i have about 40,000 of everything all together (my defense is very weak, only 2 RLs and 2 lasers)

defense is way better i have 20 RL 30 ll 10 hl 3 ic and i small dome

(ll= light laser) (hl= heavy laser) (ic= ion cannons)

robotics factory lvl 2 so you can then build a shipyard.
Thats ok then about hunter, so is there anyone that you think has totally ditched the alliance and never comes on?
